Absent

This started as a quick little exploration with Gaea and UE5, and then took on a life of its own and became this short series of concepts. I wanted to do something with Noir-inspired lighting and deal with a larger set of images to tell more of a story. The pyramids are derived from height data from Gaea, most of the other assets are Megascans and then painted over in many cases. I played around with the final 3D scenes quite a bit in Photoshop so there’s a lot of differences from base render to the final scenes.
